These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Well Rounded Events' services and website. By booking an event or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Well Rounded Events offers event planning, coordination, and management services. The details and scope of our services will be outlined in the contract provided to you at the time of booking.
Bookings and Payment
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
50% of the remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event along with any final changes to the event plan.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the event. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation of services without a refund of any amounts paid.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding the event, including guest numbers, venue details, and any special requirements.
Ensuring any necessary permits, licenses, or permissions for your event are obtained.
Changes and Cancellations
All requests for changes or cancellations must be communicated in writing.
Cancellations made prior to 7 days before the event will receive a refund of any money paid over the deposit amount.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will result in forfeiture of all payments made.
We will attempt to accommodate requests to reschedule, provided there is availability on our calendar.
Event Modifications
Any modifications to the event requested less than 7 days before the event may incur additional fees and will be subject to our ability to fulfill them.
Liability
Well Rounded Events is not liable for:
Loss or damage to personal property at your event.
Injuries or damages caused by third-party vendors, guests, or force majeure events.
Disruptions or delays in service caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or power failures.
You agree to indemnify and hold Well Rounded Events harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from the actions of you, your guests, or your vendors.
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate our services without notice if:
You fail to make the required payments.
You engage in conduct that violates these Terms, endangers our staff, or causes significant disruption to the event.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delays or inability to perform our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, or acts of government.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation before resorting to legal action. Any legal proceedings will take place in the jurisdiction of Kansas City Missouri.
