    You can contact us directly through our website’s booking page or give us a call to discuss your event needs. Email inquiries are preferred for quicker response and a detailed record.

  • What is included in the rental of the Private Micro Event Space?

    Rental includes chairs, tables, linens, glassware, flatware, and digital equipment like a Bluetooth speaker and projector. Set up and tear down are also included, and we offer minimal décor options. Outside catering is allowed with approval, but all alcohol must be purchased from Well Rounded Events.

  • Do you offer on-site in-house catering for events?

    Yes, we offer customizable catering options ranging from appetizers to multi-course dinners.

  • Can I customize the menu for my event?

    Absolutely! We work with you to create a tailored menu that fits your preferences, dietary requirements, and budget.

  • What is the maximum capacity of the Private Micro Event Space?

    The space can accommodate 36 seated guests or up to 50 guests for a cocktail-style event.

  • Is parking available at the event space?

    Yes, we offer limited on-site parking. We also have the option to rent a few additional spaces next door. There is plenty of street parking.

  • What kind of décor do you provide for themed events (like Halloween or Holiday Parties)?

    For themed events, our space is fully decorated to match the occasion, so you don’t have to worry about setup. Minimal décor is always provided, and additional options are available for customization.

  • Can I rent the Private Micro Event Space for just a few hours, or do I have to book the entire day?

    We offer flexible booking options, including hourly rentals or full-day bookings, depending on your event needs. (Three hour minimum)

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    25% Non-refundable deposit to secure your date

    50% of the remaining balance due 7 days prior to the event, along with any changes

    Remaining balance due on event day

    Cancellations made prior to 7 days will receive a refund of any money over the deposit amount

    Cancellations within 7 days will forfeit all payments, but rescheduling may be available if the calendar allows
