Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Well Rounded Events, we understand that plans may change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. The following policies apply to all bookings:
Deposit
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. This deposit ensures your place on our calendar and covers preliminary planning and administrative costs.
Payment Schedule
50% of the remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date, along with any finalized changes to the event plan.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made prior to 7 days before the event will receive a refund of any money paid over the deposit amount.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will result in the forfeiture of all payments made.
If your event is canceled due to force majeure (e.g., weather-related issues, government restrictions), we will offer a rescheduling option, subject to availability.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your event, we will make every effort to accommodate your new date, provided our schedule allows. The deposit will be transferred to the new date, but additional costs may apply if the rescheduled date requires additional planning or service adjustments.
